そして軽やかなバンジョーの音色とともに幕開ける『RIIVERDANCE』は、アメリカ社会の歴史とも深く関わるアイリッシュアメリカン（アイルランド系アメリカ人）、およびその故郷であるアイルランドの伝統的な舞踊にスポットライトを当てるとともに、米国で奴隷として扱われたアフリカンアメリカンの人々の差別の歴史を伝えるような歌詞も並んだ楽曲です。
